Two titans fall

At precisely the same time, two titans of India, one spiritual and another material, were scoring self goals. The Shankaracharya confessed and brought down the Mutt and the Ambanis split and brought down the company! While in truth there was neither a confession or a split, the damage is done and the consequences would work as if there was a confession and a split. Yet, the spiritual man and the material man being at different stages of evolution, the Shankaracharya might recover but not the Ambanies! In fact, the Shankarcharya did not become the victim his detractors evidently wanted him to be by not falling into their trap whereas the Ambanies have fallen for the trap the _____ trap of the press.

Actually, the Ambanis scored a self-goal whereas the Shankaracharya had to concede a foul goal. Now the courts have to give the Shankaracharya at least a free-kick, if not a penalty, to send the opposition crashing.
